We are pleased to announce the completion of Murraygate Village Apts, a 188,570 sq. ft. project consisting of 200 affordable apartments across 17 three-story buildings. This renovation included such features as: all new windows, new HVAC equipment, new cabinets, new countertops, new LVT flooring, new showers with ceramic surround, new paint, new asphalt overlay, new planting beds, new entry awnings, new playground, and improved accessibility and sidewalks, to name a few! The office/community center space was upgraded similarly to the apartments themselves.
