Hank joined Hamel in early 2010 after nearly a decade of construction management in the California Bay Area. With over 15 years of experience in residential, multifamily and commercial construction, Hank’s early projects with Hamel were historic in nature which tapped into his early professional career dealing with historical preservation. Hank worked at an architectural studio in Annapolis, MD and combined with this expertise and years of high-end single-family home construction experience in the West, he developed skills in both Renovations and New Construction. One important project of note which Hank worked on is Union Mill, a mixed use, adaptive reuse of an old mill which was awarded the Historic Preservation Award from Baltimore Heritage.
Hank’s background and range of expertise is further supported by an Associate Degree in Architectural Design from Chesapeake College and a Bachelor in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Maryland.
