On Tuesday 04/12, we celebrated the Liberty Place Apartments Ribbon Cutting! Completed in January, this new 71-unit apartment building in Washington, DC was designed by Grimm + Parker Architects for National Housing Trust and its partners. This project includes 53 units dedicated to serving households below 50% of the area median income and 4 units serving 60%. The remaining 14 units serve as a permanent supportive housing for the formerly homeless with its main focus on veterans. Outstanding work all around by all of those involved.
