We are pleased to announce the completion of Randle Hill Apartments, a renovation of 9 buildings & 195 units in Southeast Washington, DC designed by Wiencek + Associates for Enterprise Community Development, Inc. The renovations included updated kitchens & bathrooms, energy efficient lighting fixtures & appliances, as well as a handicap wheelchair accessibility lift. Great work to all of those involved.
