We are pleased to announce the completion of The Carlin, an elderly housing renovation in Arlington, VA designed by Grimm + Parker Architects for Carlin Springs RHF Partners LP. This 10-story, 154,907 sq. ft. project upgraded 162 units with new flooring and kitchens, as well as extensive makeovers in common spaces: reception, mailboxes, laundry room, computer room, pantry, exercise room, and wellness center, plus a new electric fireplace in the community space and elevator modernization. Hamel worked very hard to meet the schedule on this tax-credit job, with no significant delays, while the site was occupied, all during COVID-19. Excellent work, team!
