With nearly three decades of construction experience before joining Hamel Builders in November, 2012, Rob has been involved in all aspects of our industry. From performing carpentry work in the field at the early stages of his career to estimating, CAD design and managing the operations of various subcontractors, to overseeing and directing all activities of his own company, he has learned and mastered every detail along the way.

This experience provides Rob with the necessary tools to successfully manage all phases of a construction project. His extensive experience and attention to detail, especially when it comes to complicated wood framing projects, makes him a tremendous asset for ground up new construction wood projects. Additionally, having directed and supervised multiple restoration projects he has acquired a wide range of skills which help him to transition easily and quickly from new construction to renovation.
